Very clean & pleasant, helpful staff but no A.C. only fans, so u sweat while doing laundry. I'm upset staff didn't inform me they were having a special, which would have saved me $ because I spent close to $100.00. I found out after I was done washing by a sign they posted in the Chinese restaurant. A heavy set man was also a bit rude to my husband when he came in later to help me, yet I was treated kindly. I'll start with the good: the place is new, so it is clean and well taken care of. The staff is very nice. They offer keurig coffee. Because everything is still new, 99% of the machines were in working order. It's comfortable, for sure. But unfortunately the bad outweighs the good: it is way too expensive. I understand they need to recoup the money put into this place, but it's actually ridiculous. For the same size washer that I'm used to paying $5 a load for, it's $8.75 here. For the same size washer that's $3.25 in most places, it's $5.75 here. Plus, the dryers only give you 5 minutes per "quarter". We're literally spending DOUBLE the amount here. I put quarter in quotations because they do not accept quarters at the machines, everything is done through a pre-loaded card. So my can of quarters were wasted on this place, as I had to swipe my credit card in order to load money onto my laundry card. An unexpected annoyance at best. One of the washers kept reading "error" no matter how many ways I swiped the pre loaded card. If this is happening now, I can only imagine how bad it'll get when all the card readers start deteriorating. I will only return if I have a very small load, because it's so close to my house. But no amount of free coffee and tv will make this place my go-to. read more

I found Gigi's Laundry from a yelp search - so glad I drove a few extra miles to go here! The place was clean and had plenty of washers & dryers. But, the best part was Gigi! She was beaming positivity. She helped me get a laundry card (no quarters needed) and got me all set-up. The music was uplifting and my experience was excellent! I was in and out in a few hours and will go back next time I run into laundry overload! read more

Clean! Reasonably priced! Three sizes of washers (regular, large, huge), two sizes of dryers ( large, huge). The owner, Gigi, and her staff are welcoming and helpful. This is definitely the place to come, especially when you have large objects to wash: quilts, bedspreads, drapes, throw rugs, etc. The laundromat is in the Home Depot plaza, so it's well lit with plenty of parking. read more

Highly recommend! I occasionally need a laundromat to wash large items that I can't fit in my home machine. Being new to the area I went searching Yelp but found only a few in my area, each with really horrible reviews. Then I spotted Gigi's as I was driving past. I figured since it seemed to be new it was worth checking out. Very happy that I did! Machines all work (when have you seen that!), place clean, very (very!) helpful staff, and no coins. Instead get a refillable (non expiring) card on your first visit. Very happy with my experience at Gigi's...I'll be back. read more
