The unpleasant experience began when I walked in the door to have four (4) dress shirts cleaned and pressed. I did not have my credit card, so I offered to pay in cash. Even though they have a cash register, they claimed that they couldn't make change, so I paid $20.00 to have the shirts cleaned. I was told that all four (4) would be ready for pick-up a week later (i.e.: the following Saturday). When I returned the following Saturday, only two (2) shirts were cleaned. I was told that other two (2) would be ready the following Saturday, so I left with the two (2) cleaned shirts. When I got home, one collar one of the shirts had burn marks on it from an iron, so I had to discard it. I returned two (2) weeks later, and was told that only one (1) shirt was ready for pick-up, but that they would call me when the forth shirt was ready for pick-up. That was seven (7) months ago, and I'm still waiting for a call. I've never experienced such a lack of service, and such a exhibition of incompetence, by an establishment charged with such a simple task as cleaning and pressing a shirt. There are a half a dozen dry cleaners within a 2 mile radius of this place. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them.

They ruined my clothes and the manager of this place was ignoring me and he isn't accountable for the clothes that they ruined and are very disrespectful to the customers (in this example me). Due to their fault, my pants have lost their color and for 3 weeks they didn't want to take the blame for their actions and made me drive their place every day and every week. They also didn't want to return the money for the ruined clothes (these clothes were bought outside United States in Europe).
