Which I guess was fine, but we were the only customers in there, and they were all sitting, and standing in a cluster talking loudly about another associate who was late. The Clear tech, after a 1 hour, finally stated it was my computer, so I had to take it to a Clear Device Assistance Center that was 30miles away. The tech there said I would have to pay an additional $25 for "software' to run the internet mobile. I was so mad I called them that day (8/3/12) to cancel my service. I am still waiting for my refund!! Also, they double charge me when I first signed up for them...HORRIBLE!!!
