His personable demeanor helped to initiate a conversation that revealed to me that he was a private investigator. He told me that those who scammed me were in India. He also said he traced an accomplice of theirs in Mexico. I last spoke to him in April of 2023. At that time, he said he couldn't do anything, so he would give me his research so I could take it to the federal authorities. That was over 5 months ago.
