Last month I had lots of errands and shopping to do and a strange woman was following me all over…read moretown. I did my laundry, my grocery shopping and other shopping. I was using a large stroller that was packed and I had a large brand new Swiss Tech backpack that was packed with thousands of dollars worth of stuff. Plus I had money, gift cards, my credentials and valuables stuffing my purse. The woman who was following kept asking me personal questions and getting too close to me on the bus. She was creepy. I had one last place to go to and that was Target because I had gift cards for them and I remember getting off the bus and as I was walking into Target and the woman was right behind me so I turned to let her know that if she continued to follow me home I was going to call the police and that's all I remember. I woke two days later on a ventilator in the hospital. I was told that I had overdosed on fentanyl and meth by hospital staff who were treating me terribly. I told them that I don't do drugs and they ignored me. I was being discharged by my request and all of my belongings, thousands of dollars worth were no where whatsoever. The hospital staff said that I didn't come to the hospital with anything. It took me several days of calling the hospital, Target, the police and finally the fire department to find out that either the police or the fire department gave all my belongings to 'my friend'. WHAT FRIEND? I don't have any friends and I don't want any friends. The police said my friend, the woman I was with at Target and I told them that I was not with anyone especially the woman who was following me all day, in fact I was trying to get away from her. The police were and are being total idiots to me and saying that the fire department actually gave the woman my belongings because she said she was my friend and would make sure that I would get them back but I didn't even know her and she has not even contacted me so as far as I am concerned she almost killed me with her drugs and she stole my stuff with the assistance of the fire department and police who basically gave her my belongings which they had no business doing while I was unconscious and no breathing to consent to my belongings being given to a complete stranger who is a criminal. The fire department, the police, Target and the city of phoenix are all blaming everyone including me, the victim and AGAIN I am being robbed AGAIN and AGAIN nobody is helping me. I don't even want to live anymore.

I don't know why complaints and yelpers have expectations as theres but this company has always…read moregone above and beyond. working at previous highly respected company as a supervisor I worked with these guys and they have always went above and beyond. always on time, thorough, reasonable prices and dealing with new company heads who I work for now can be difficult but they are patient and understanding to tighter budgets etc. every crew who comes out always have positive attitudes, professional and are easy to deal with. Even the younger guys with less experience have patience and are educated in what they do... I highly recommend and they know what they doing. rebuilding our town center in Gilbert past year and they have played a big part in our success. thank you metro fellas and gals!

(I believe they recently moved from their Indian School Road location.) I scheduled our appointment online, and Lori Schmidt / Community Relations emailed me back in a timely manner with our assigned time. We showed up this morning as scheduled and were extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail we received from Autumn and Ana who worked with us on getting our carseats installed. Not only were they both super friendly, but they went over exactly how the car seat should be fitted to our toddler and infant (coming soon). When we realized we'd need a different car seat for my husband's car, Autumn gave us her direct line so that we can contact her to get it put in properly later this week. And while all of this was going on, our toddler was extremely entertained by the firemen working at the station. They gave him his own Junior Fireman Helmet and smiled for a cute picture with him as well. In addition to our experience this morning, I've had a couple of other encounters with the Scottsdale Fire Department, and I've always been impressed with how quick their response has been and how professional they are. I feel like those of us who live in the area are in good hands with the team in place; which is a relief considering the crazy world we live in.

The park outside was excellent especially during nice weather. Plenty of room to do your asanas and pranayama. We received a free yoga tank top with "Be Present" emblazoned on the front and a sticker. I found them on Yelp event section, and I am so glad I went. I hope they offer more free yoga classes here!

When we first moved to Johnson Ranch, we were highly impressed with amenities, parks, pools, etc. After 2 years of living in the community, we are attempting to sell our home solely due to the HOA. Customer service is a dead language here. When their landscaping is in poor condition, they tell you to pound sand. When we leave on vacation for a week with no general upkeep while we are gone, we get fined. Family comes in from out of town and temporarily park on the street for 1 night, we get ticketed and fined. They intrude on your property to inspect your back yard to verify that you have the minimum amount of trees and bushes, guess what....we get fined. The latest and greatest....I can not park my own vehicle in my own driveway because it has my company logo on it. After speaking with the Association, they tell me to find another line of work.....IT'S MY COMPANY !!!! They have a prejudice against the working class. Absolutely fed up to the point of relocating my home and family just to avoid the horrible association. Many of my neighbors are equally fed up. Be warned before choosing a home in Johnson Ranch, great place to visit, horrible place to live.
