Horrible customer service. Tax preparer last year said we only had to pay back 800$. Gilbert Sanchez tax prepare employee changed it made a mistake changed the amount to an additional 1200 sent it to the IRS never contacted us to tell us they made a mistake and we got notice in the mail from the IRS saying they were going to charge us 30% interstate because we were late paying it and if they didn't receive payment on 14 days we be charged 50% interest. Very unprofessional and unhelpul helpful to say the least.Dont go there it turned into alot in of stress and grief thinking took it to a reputable business cost us allot of anguish and money never even called us back to rectify or fix the mistake they made we them services to cost us more money they do not help you or do job correctly beware read more

​I've been doing taxes here for about 4-5 years staff that have filed my taxes have been very polite to me. One thing that got me upset was sitting next to Gilbert's office and making rude comments telling his clients that Americans are lazy first of all NOT ALL Americans are lazy!! He says kids are lazy and don't want to work. And made a comment that Mexicans want to work. Americans get mad that they take our jobs. No, we just don't work for cheap labor!! 1st of All a lot of Americans work my son's father is an engineer at Intel and is an American, I have my Associate degree in Paralegal and I have worked and I am American My son is American just turned 20yrs old and he is graduating with his associate's degree in computer science and cyber security. He will be doing a PAID internship at Sandia Labs he is American. So please Gilbert doesn't put every American as lazy because some screw-ups don't want to work doesn't mean we all are them. Believe me, NOT all Mexicans want to work and there is A lot of Mexican kids who don't even go to college or work they have US citizen because their parents cross over and are immigrants. So don't be quick to put an American down when you were given a business by your parents that you didn't build but was handed down to you. please keep your personal opinion behind doors not where everyone can hear you! This family owned and operated tax service has been around for years and it's easy to see why. They're great at what they do. No one likes doing their taxes, but these folks welcome you like family and make it as painless as possible. Pricing is normal for what taxes typically cost, but most other places don't remember you from years past. I highly suggest you call early on to make an appointment as they fill up fast. They do accept walk in clients but it often means quite a wait. They set you up with direct deposit for your returns, which is fabulous!!! read more

We've been going to Ms. Frances for two years now and she's done an awesome job both years! Very happy with how much she's saved us last year and made $$ this year by listening to her advice. I have been going to this company to do my taxes for the last five years. Had an appointment today. I thought I had built a relationship with Trini Benavidez to be my point of contact with the company so as to have some type of continuity. As she was running late with her prior client, I was sent to someone else to prepare my taxes. As I prefer continuity, I suggested we reschedule so Trini could continue to prepare my taxes. I was told she was booked through April. I asked if I could talk to Trini to see if she wanted me to wait (I waited for her an hour last year). Her response: It's going to be another 45 minutes and I have not yet even had my lunch. Someone else needs to help you. - Very poor customer service. No respect for continued service. read more

Gilbert does taxes for my entire family, and he does an excellent job and makes sure we get the biggest return possible. The closer you schedule your appt to 4/15, the longer you will have to wait, however, the accountants take their time with you when it is your turn, and even with the wait, it is less time than if I was doing it on my own, with a bigger refund, and with someone to turn to if I get audited. read more

If I could give a negative 1 I would I have never had a problem here before but today they had us waiting all morning. I watched them clear the whole waiting room then when more people arrived call them and not us. I do understand that those with an appointment get called first but we watched as others without an appointment get called back. But when it is pretty much empty and we still get pushed aside that's not ok. Shame on them. read more

I came to complete my taxes on 2/4. Althought I had an appointment I wasnt taken back until almost an hour later. I was supposed to get a call back to pick up a paper for my state taxes and have not heard from anyone yet. This isnt a good experience and dont know if I'd go back. read more

They are the worst. They quoted one price and dupe you for a higher price, tax prepares are trained to get more money from you first and foremost. The gentleman slash receptionist is cocky and rude. They aren't helpful just misleading. Beware don't waste your money read more
