We were told that our taxes were E-filed even though they didn't receive all the paper work that we sent a few times. We then emailed again and they acknowledged they received our paper work. We called the next day and the mother acknowledged that the taxes were filed and they received our paper work. After 10 days we tried to track our refund in the IRS system and it wasn't showing. We called the office to make sure everything was done and they told us it takes 20 days to show in the system. We called again 10 days later and left a message with the receptionist. The IRS system showed it received our taxes the next day. The mother called me and started to yell at me about questioning their service. She was very rude and try to blame shift the whole deal on us for not sending the paper work in to them.
