With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid. Michael showed up with the new one and installed in less than 1.5 hours, amazing.i went to the bank to get the $$ to pay for it and found I got paid early. Called Carrie up and let her know I could pay in full. I asked about a Military discount and got another 10% off the original quote. Life saver...
