I've been coming here for almost 10 years. The transition to being part of the Hartford Healthcare…read moregroup has really seemed to be a blow. Everything is slower. It takes multiple phone calls to reach someone to make an appointment (especially if it's not an emergency) and I don't think I've ever been seen on time once I've arrived. The APRN I used to see recently moved out of state so I'm getting to know a new doctor. Going to continue to go here as it's the closest place to home and I'm hoping as they get used to the new technology things will improve.

He's terrific at diagnosing challenging conditions that don't have definitive lab tests to prove that you actually have that condition, but through time and patience, Dr. Bey will not give up on figuring out what's wrong with you. He's simply a top rate diagnostic physician. And, I've never had to wait in the waiting room more than 10 minutes max. His medical assistants are knowledgeable and help you feel at ease, and the rest of the office staff is also great. I highly recommend Dr. Bey.

She refused to speak with me (my daughter was 18) so I had to write her a letter to explain what I was trying to communicate since my daughter was in no condition to do so. The subject matter was not HPPA relevant so her refusal to talk to me made no sense. She was, and from the sounds of the reviews still is, a completely uninterested, incompetent, dispassionate and dismissive human being. If health care providers were not in such short supply I doubt that she would have a job. Hopefully she will opt for early retirement.

I was in the exam room waiting for about an hour for a 2 minute conversation in which I felt brushed off and small - not what I want from a doctor. To make it worse she even interrupted me in the short time we talked to open the door and fix the printer because she could "hear they were about to mess it up" extremely rude and a clear sign she wasn't paying attention to her patient.

The office has a little bit of a vintage feel, but it is a welcome change from the sterile-feeling, cookie-cutter, white on white on white on white everything, offices that are popping up everywhere. The place is clean as could be, the care is top-notch, and a person answers the phone when you call. My interactions with the medical professionals could not be better. Everyone I talked to was extremely knowledgeable, they listen to questions, respond to concerns, and really worked with me to provide the highest level of care.
