The visit is for my spouse but I was there with him. Dr. Peter squeezed my spouse in for his emergency appointment. Though the appointment was rushed, we appreciated the limited time he gave us. (4.5 of 5) A crown was needed. Dr. Peter's office is equipped with the latest machines, so we didn't need to go elsewhere or wait too long for the crown. Everyone... from Summer, the office administrator who calls to remind me of my appointment, to Kris, the office manager who assisted me with my dental insurance. A shout out to Suzanne, the dental hygenist who gave me my first check-up - to Sierra, who assisted the doctor during my procedure. Sierra was gentle and helped me relax during my visits. I remember the sounds of screeching birds (that was actually sound from a high-pitched whine caused by the drill). I'm glad the dentists I see now do not use those tools. The other thing I detest is that bright overhead lights. I may have watched too many sci-fi movies because those lights look like an alien space ship hovering over my head. However, my fears were dispelled when I saw Dr. Franklin. He was kind and gentle, answered my questions and spent a good amount of time with me. I went to Dr. Franklin for a second opinion. The good doctor allayed my fears of the work prescribed by the other dentist that I saw. He explained in detail the pros and cons of dental work, and the time to get the work done. After a thorough examination, Dr. Franklin said I have a gentle bite. Overall, I've had nothing by superb assistance from this office - from Sierra, at the front desk, to Grace, who took the Digital 3D X-Rays. Dermatologist Dr. Col was provided a consultation referral from my…read more Primary care physician. Dr. Col refused to do a biopsy. I asked him, 'Why an I here?'. I complained through my insurance and referred to another physician who also failed to do biopsy. I again complained and canceled referral to another dermatologist until referral code shows biopsy not another useless consultation. Keystone cops between referring physicians and the insurance and specialists. Make sure your referral code is accurate otherwise you'll be bounced around between these quacks.

Estimated charges rarely match the final cost, and it often feels like a bait-and-switch--services are approved based on one estimate, only to later be told insurance doesn't cover them. We've had the same insurance for years, so inaccurate quotes for things like composite fillings are frustrating and avoidable. This used to be a place we trusted and recommended, but we stopped going some time ago, and after today, my wife has decided she's done as well.

As soon as I had a question about the wood backing of a Taylor, they went into a detailed explanation of what it was made of and the pros/cons of the material. After hearing about my long list of preferences for a guitar, Jay suggested I try the Eastman acoustic dreadnaught. I immediately liked how it felt and sounded, which had only happened once before with a handmade vintage Martin acoustic that was way out of my price range. I ended up purchasing the Eastman the next day and am very happy with it. Shoutout to Jay for the help, they were incredibly nice and honest.
