This is perhaps my favorite or at worse second favorite airports (Sarasota is beautiful!). It's got a down home feel, TSA is actually friendly and the displays in the terminal are museum quality. It's always good to fly out but even better flying back in to home here. Kudos to NE Wyoming Regional! read more

Small little airport, but oh so charming! Everything is super clean and super organized. It has everything a weary traveler would need. Two rental cars companies onsite: Avis and Hertz. read more

Never flying thru here again. TSA could not help me with my boarding pass and they could not print it for me.. said I was 10 min late and missed flight. Booked me for a 220pm flight. I was suppose to be in Detroit by 220pm, now I won't be there until 11pm. read more

This is the smallest yet most easiest airport I've ever traveled through for work. Parking is so easy because the town is small. There's free Wi-Fi and the lines are never long. The airline attendants are very courteous as are TSA. The décor is very interesting as there are life size scenes of elk, antelope, and Native Americans lining the middle of the airport. An Enterprise employee can conveniently shuttle you to their branch in Gillette to pick up a rental car. However, you will pay a high price to fly through this place, but that's the convenience of flying regional instead of the major international airports. There is one café where you can eat, but I didn't get a chance to partake. I wouldn't expect a plethora of choices at such a small airport/city. If you ever a find a reason to head out to this small part of the world then the Gillette-Campbell County Airport is your ticket! read more

Pretty quiet little airport but nice. Fbo is kind of old but does the job. Staff are all very friendly. Wifi doesn't work the best but it does work. They let us borrow their crew car all day so that is always super nice. read more

Absolutely pathetic service, showed up 30 minutes early and they refused to print boarding pass. Also bag checking was already closed. Ticket counter also closed. TSA people groutchy and kept telling me I should have been there an hour and a half early. There was literally one other passenger and they refused to help him also. Airport personal stood around doing nothing until plane left then printed boarding pass. Previously great small town service, easy in easy out. Now they think they're Denver or Seattle or something. 1800$ in tickets, I'll drive the extra hour to rapid City if it means making my flight. read more

Unreliable: I cannot recommend City Cab, Gillette Wyoming. I called 2 hours before needing to be…read morepicked up and was assured a driver would be there. When he arrived, he told me they raised their rates to $15 per ride. I said "wow really, since last week?" he replied "yep." So I paid $15. It was A TOTAL LIE. I accidentally left my cell phone in his cab. The next day I did a GPS search for the phone - it was AT HIS HOUSE. I called the cab company. They confirmed that the address was his, but that they could not contact him until 3PM. I went to his house at 12:00 noon. He would not answer his door. I went again around 1:30 PM - he was gone. I called the cab company and told them please to call him that I needed my phone. They said they called him and he indicated he searched his cab and my phone was not in the cab. Well - GPS doesn't lie - and how else would I know where Tim lived. I called the cops. While waiting for a call back from the cops, I called City Cab and informed him that I needed his name because I was getting the police involved. She told me his name was Tim. WITHIN 5 MINUTES, TIM CALLED ME BACK! Suddenly, he found my phone in his cab (which he indicated he had already searched). If you just need a quick ride, they're okay I guess. Just beware and DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING IN THEIR CAB - ESPECIALLY IF "TIM" IS DRIVING THE CAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iF anyone wants to dispute my review or challenge my encounter, i encourage you to contact me. The most difficult thing was trying to get in the car with my dress. Once in, the limo was perfection. It was clean and well stocked. We had beer and champagne waiting for us in the limo. Our driver Chris was fantastic!
