The same tech did all three of my services, which was nice. I'm pretty protective of my nail beds so I only do regular polish ever, but wanted to consider doing a rubber based gel. The staff was very kind in talking me through the options and helping me decide to stick with regular polish. The results was a beautifully shaped manicure, a pedicure to match, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. For my nails, it was nice and quick. He just kept asking me about long nails. I prefer my own. I use my hands too much. Otherwise it was cool. Price was $50 for the signature pedicure $15 for gel and $65 for builder gel nails since I needed a new set. A little pricey. I'll see how it is once I get a refill to determine price value. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also took the time to explain things about nail care that I had never known before. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and it shows in his work and the way he connects with his clients. I usually do my feet between pedicures. I haven't had one in a while but you wouldn't be able to tell. I say this because they automatically pull out the "cheese grater. They don't even access your feet beforehand. I told her I didn't want the grater so she used the pumice stone. The biggest issue is I left out of that place so ashy. She stripped away all of my oil I put on my legs and feet. I shouldn't have to pay extra or get a more expensive pedicure for my legs to be moisturized. Secondly the cost of a regular pedi cur is atrocious. Wow! I didn't look at my feet. I sat under the drier once done I managed to put on my socks and sneakers. I couldn't even feel my feet for smoothness. I had surgery and I can't bend much. I didn't look at them again once polished because I liked how she shaped them beforehand. I have made it home and it is not good. Once I laid in bed I noticed she did polish a toe. How did that happen? I could say but I won't. As for me never again. I wish my old nail tech wasn't so far away from me. This would've never happened.

I spoke to Lisa and told her I used to come, stopped, and I am back to give them another try. I told her my nails are so soft and brittle, I just want to get a regular manicure to get my nails strong again.
