This salon tucked away in Southlake Mall is the truth! My stylist Money is attentive and fast without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. I got a basic style two strand twist and the amount of compliments I had during my Costco run was crazy. I can't wait to return for my retwist and a more intensive styling session. I may even get color in 2026! As for the actual salon, I trust the cleanliness because for a spot that deals with hair, their floors stay impeccable. My dad went and got his locs repair done at this place , and after carefully examining what was repaired it was not worth 500. He said the girl that did his hair was amazing but to fix 3 locs and put 2 back in for 500$ is outrageous. And they didn't even repair the locs that were supposed to get repaired. He is not satisfied with work done and for what I see was no where near a 500$ job. Very overpriced and will not recommend this place to anyone. Bonnie really cares about the treatment of your hair which is really important to me because I have psoriasis and I can't use all products. First, I called for an appointment with Bonnie. let me remind you that I live 1 hour away. I arrived on time when I get there they tried to make another stylist do my hair then actually lied to me saying that I didn't set up a appointment with Bonnie then lied to me and said a different person was bonnie after a while they called another lady Bonnie so I knew they were just trying to fool me.. After going back and forth with them. They finally said ok Bonnie doing my hair cause her other clients didn't come but she doesn't have time to do two strand twist style I asked for. First time going here was on Christmas Eve last year. I had an appointment with the stylist "money". I washed my hair before I arrived so I can save time and money when I got there. Upon arrival money told me that I needed a wash. I thought it was odd considering the fact that a just washed my hair a couple of hours ago. I told myself "ok maybe I did not wash my hair good enough", so I went along anyway. Once the wash was finished she asked what style I would like. I told her a basic two strand twist (a style I have gotten three times before that day). Her response was "your hair is not mature enough". I literally showed her a picture of me with the style a couple months before. She went on to show me some different styles that she said my hair would "allow". I did not want any of the styles offered, so I agreed to just pay $45 for the wash since it was already done and left with my hair not done for Christmas. I gave them another try last week (7 months later) and tried to book an appointment but this time they said I must book a $25 consultation first. I said ok and came back and guess who happened to do my consultation, that's right, money. She had the same low energy bad attitude vibes she had last time. I went along with the process but this time she stated I must get the moisturizer package in order to get two strain which was an extra $50. In the end, I did not book after the consultation and this company seems like they just want more and money out of you by forcing you to pay for what they want you to pay for (Ex. the wash $45, money trying to make me pay for more expensive styles $270+, the mandatory consultation $25 and the mandatory moisturizer $50). I just wanted a basic two strain twist that's all lol. read more

She definitely helped me not just with educating me with my locs, but also provided me with product recommendations to reduce the build up in my hair and thinning. I came in to get my hair fixed for my upcoming baby shower and left feeling so empowered with my hair - so motivated and beautiful! My Loc Technician is Tracia and even before I met her in person she made herself available for any and all questions I had all the way from California. First I would like to say how great the shop looked during COVID-19. I was very impressed with the constant wiping of chairs and equipment. All the stylist wore masks!
