It took about 45 minutes for them to change one tire and I had an appointment at 5:00 PM. Seems to me that I could've changed it myself in about 20 minutes but whatever. when I looked in my trunk, it turns out that they were too lazy to even replace my spare tire properly and just threw it in the trunk. I will not be using any longer as they did not do me justice there and charged me a high price for a low tire. I do not recommend them.

I had to pull the wheels off for other repairs about 2 weeks after installation. The lug nuts were installed so tight I couldn't break them free even by standing on a 2 ft breaker bar with a cheater pipe slid over the handle. I took it back to let them deal with it and watched to ensure that they tightened the nuts by hand to torque specs. Fast forward to this last weekend. I pulled the wheels to rotate the tires and the lug nuts would not thread back onto the studs. They tightened the nuts so tight the first time that they either damaged the threads or stretched the studs. Well over a hundred bucks later, I had to replace all the studs and lug nuts to remount mt wheels. I'll pay 500 dollars more for tires before I ever go back to this incompetent cess pool.

They get done and asked me how much they said on the phone? $25.00 he says, I said no he said 20.00. He asked manager and manager says is usually $30.00 but will charge me $25.00, what choice now that they are mounted. I know inflation is crazy anymore but my gosh they are making a killing on tire mounting, took half hour to do the job, so you are looking at $3.56 a minute to do the work.
