I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

It was hot and I had my baby in the car and didn't have anyone to help me. So I called the tire shop and asked if someone could come and take a look at my trunk and possibly fix it and they came right away! Sams Club tire shop, screwed up two lug nuts/wheel studs badly. another shop tried to get them off,…read moreno luck. literally had a wheel that i couldnt get off my car--not good if you get a flat.. Hills was referred to me by another shop, as someone with the ability to deal with this ( not a common issue, but, also not something a LOT of other tire shops can deal with ). I was both amazed at how fast it was, and how reasonable it was, to get this repaired. they let me know upfront there was a slight labor uptick, due to some extra effort/mechanical parts being involved, told me when it was ready, asked if i wanted to pick it up then, or leave it overnight ( was late in the afternoon ). I can say i am DONE with Sams Club tires.. you THINK u save money.. but.. no, not in the long run, which is when it counts and adds up. didnt mention the reason for the repair in the first place-- a nearly new tire i got from Sams, "came apart", on this rim. and when replaced, they screwed up the lugs, didnt mention it, and, i wasnt aware of it for months, until i tried to get the paid for tire rotation/balance done.. they couldnt get the wheel off.. so yea.. go with the PRO's.. and counter service/phone call/service people i spoke with-- all were more than courteous..
