I have found my advisor opposite of helpful. I asked in email a specific questions regarding one of…read moremy accounts, and he did not respond to my direct question even though I asked several times. in addition, I have not received a monthly statement on one of my accounts for a long time and only accidently found out that they are listing the wrong person as a trustee on that trust. Most frustrating thing is trying to reach somebody to escalate an issue with your advisor and his apparent associates. If anyone has a number to reach to escalate somebody at a higher level than the local branch I would appreciate that. Also, looking for information on, how do you go about changing your advisor and filing a complaint?

That's with an electronic mobile deposit. 3rd check was confirmed as deposited but some how ( glitch) was never credited. after customer service calls was told to drive to branch to deposit. di so. drop in box ( covid) . got a call "cannot deposit to checking account only brokerage. " btw i was directed to the "non bank schwab office by customer service. so... when can I transfer from brokerage to checking.? " give it 5 - 7 business days. Once its in i'm canceling account . athis just in. addendum : electronically transferred a few thousand to another bank scheduled tomorrow. My balance reflects deduction today . The money has not been credited to the recipient account. if you're out here Charlie give me a shout. incensed. so done.
