Then at night I researched a bit about this company and found another listing on Yelp, which is now closed. Based on the reviews, I was almost 90% sure not to go with them. This morning I also got several calls (i assume it's them) and I picked one. When the caller wanted me to transfer to a "specialist", I was saying, "thanks i appreciate that but based on yelp reviews....", hang up on my face! So it matches with several reviews complaining similar incident (they hangup on you)! verdict: no go!

The agent asked me about a minor accident I had in 2017 and when I gave him the details he said okay no problem and I paid and cancelled my old insurance. Not even two weeks later I get notified that I'm being cancelled for that same minor incident we already discussed!! And they refused to refund me $340 absolutely ridiculous. The process is long and tedious and the sales agents sound like pushy sales robots.
