He explained everything in detail, and the best part is he did exactly what he said he would. He sourced the new Palm, provided us with options and delivered it. Matt arrived in a large Tree Masters truck that has an extending arm and bucket where a person can stand to reach high trees. Then had a bobcat to dig out the roots and replant with the new one. Took extreme care of the area and cleaned up. It was him and another individual, was done in a day. Very easy to work with and highly recommended. I will be using him for more landscaping projects.

I was in no rush to get the job done. His main concern was my top budget then went $300 over my budget and he got upset when I told him I couldn't go higher. He still got another extra $100 on top of my already way overpriced estimate. I got an estimate from an arborist for less than half the price he charged me (YES HE WAS LICENSED AND INSURED BILL). The job was done the next day. I was happy about that, not very happy to find out how much more he charged me than someone way more qualified would have done it and a lot more work for way less. Don't let Bill push you into a binding contact and next day work unless you have other quotes already in your possession.
