Several areas that were supposed to be cleaned were either missed completely or only partially cleaned. Dust, dirt, and debris were still visible in multiple rooms, and basic cleaning tasks appeared rushed or overlooked. What was even more disappointing was the owner's response when I brought these concerns to their attention. Rather than taking responsibility and willingly offering to return and make it right the owner refused to come back until I removed the negative Google review of which I refused to even consider until the job had been rectified. Mind you; I paid $300 for this cleaning service.
