First off, I'd like to say that the initial contact process was easy, and the cleaners arrived on…read moretime. However, once the owner and another cleaner entered my unit, the experience quickly became unacceptable. I have security cameras inside my apartment, including one facing the center of my living space and another at my front door. While I was at work, I received notifications that my camera was being tampered with. When I reviewed the footage, I observed one of the cleaners using the end of a broomstick to move my camera. She did this on two separate occasions. As I continued reviewing the footage, I noticed behavior that appeared suspicious. The cleaner was opening a drawer where I kept cash and appeared to be attempting to take money. I immediately returned home and confronted her. Her explanation was that she was "dusting" with the end of a broomstick, which made no sense given what was visible on the footage. I explained that I hired this company because they advertise themselves as professional, trustworthy cleaners who conduct background checks on their employees. I did not believe I should have to worry about protecting my belongings while paying for a professional cleaning service. Despite my concerns, I allowed the service to be completed and paid for the cleaning. Later, while reviewing the footage more thoroughly, I discovered that I had actually been robbed. A ring valued at approximately $1,700 had been taken from my home. When I contacted the owner, she provided me with the cleaner's contact information and stated that the cleaner had only been hired the day before and that this was her first cleaning assignment. This raised serious concerns for me, as a company that advertises employee screening and background checks would reasonably be expected to have a more thorough hiring process than one completed overnight. The owner was not helpful in resolving the matter. After I informed her that I would pursue legal action if the debt was not settled through either the return of my property or reimbursement for its value, I requested information regarding the company's insurance coverage. I was then informed that the company did not carry insurance. Since that conversation, the owner has not made any effort to follow up or assist in resolving the situation, despite multiple attempts on my part to communicate with her. It appears that she is simply hoping the matter will go away. As a result, I am now out approximately $1,700 for the stolen ring, in addition to the amount I paid for the cleaning service itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage others to choose a cleaning service that is truly trustworthy and that stands behind the claims made on its website regarding professionalism, employee screening, and customer protection.

Dust, dirt, and debris were still visible in multiple rooms, and basic cleaning tasks appeared rushed or overlooked. Rather than taking responsibility and willingly offering to return and make it right the owner refused to come back until I removed the negative Google review of which I refused to even consider until the job had been rectified.
