Why would anyone give her more money to fix something she should have made right to begin with... the photos are clear as day that we got HALF the size compared to her website photo. Nothing but fillers and greenery. Only a handful of bigger flowers, everything else was small and cheap flowers. Do not waste your time, spend your money elsewhere!

No care, no quality, just a sad, green mess that looked like it was thrown together with leftovers from a dumpster. When we asked politely if it could be fixed, Pam responded with snarky, disrespectful comments like she was doing us a favor. Her solution? "If you want it fixed, it's gonna be $100 extra." Really? Over my dead body would I ever give this place another dime. The fact that she argued with us while we were grieving literally standing over my grandmother's casket is beyond vile. Zero compassion, zero professionalism, and absolutely no shame. This business has no respect for families going through the most difficult moments of their lives. Avoid this place like the plague. They don't deserve your money or your trust.
