I appreciated her questions and the way she made sure I was comfortable with the pedicure chair and water temperature. She made pleasant conversation that made the whole experience very enjoyable. First time was frustrating, but guess it is how they do things here. Also, don't go after 6 because they rush you through the process and leave the polish wet under the topcoat.
