I appreciated her questions and the way she made sure I was comfortable with the pedicure chair and water temperature. She made pleasant conversation that made the whole experience very enjoyable. My 10 year old and I recently had manicures with Ni and Dawn. The service was exceptional and we will definitely be going back to them. Previously, I've had Mary for a pedicure and manicure and she was awesome. I am legally blind and sometimes need assistance finding things, everyone here is helpful and I always feel comfortable. She dismissed me and my group of friends, was passive aggressive and then refused to service us because we were disappointed with her attitude and behavior, which we vocalized to the owner, hoping we could receive service from someone else or improve service for future customers. Tina and the owner even told us as customers that "we might not get what we want", and to sum it up, "since we know everything to do it ourselves, since we're professionals."My friends and I were unsatisfied with her waxing/nails. But Tina made it very clear that she wasn't receptive to what we wanted as customers and that it was her way or no way.
