Is this place closing? The message said that they may not be able to get back to me for "several days," however long that is. There was little interest in customer experience or service quality, and the overall appointment was very unpleasant. It was more of a cheap plastic material. Overall, the staff was nice, but if I'm paying for a service to be done right, I would like it to be, at least, okay quality.

The family works beautifully together. Tina does a great job with a full face wax with the patience of a saint. Great pedicure skills as well. I showed Thomas two pictures and told him to choose which one he wanted to do (I'm extremely indecisive) and boy did he deliver! No hesitation of what to do and not one time did I question his ability to do them correctly. It was such a relief to find someone who can deliver a quality manicure with gel dip, FINALLY! Also, after they finish your nails you receive a hand massage with sugar scrub, which I felt was much better than regular lotion like most places would use.
