She has a laundry list of favorites, most of which I do not know of! I have lots to explore! So, this store has a mix of everything (furniture, clothing, household goods, home decoration items, etc etc etc!). I got a bagful of goodies ... some new neat vintage threads and home dec stuff! ... and best part is ... all at great prices! Very reasonable throughout the store...some of the vendors are pricier ... I held out on a figurine that I adored, but a little much for what it is. Store reminded me a lot of the Cambridge Antique store with the multiple booths and each booth can have a promotion going on (like 20%, 30% off everything etc). This store is very worthy of visiting again! And the store owner(s) there were so nice and welcoming. Jack had fun too :)

My friend and I visited this shop recently, and upon walking in, we were greeted by the woman at…read morethe front desk. However, she then very sternly instructed us to put our purses in the locker behind us. I was honestly at a loss for words. My friend and I exchanged confused looks, and when she repeated the request, we hesitantly complied -- placing our purses in the locker, locking it, and taking the key. We both quietly shared our discomfort and confusion about being asked to part with our personal belongings. As we browsed, I couldn't shake the uneasy feeling of having my purse out of sight, so I decided to bring it back to my truck. I only carried my wallet, keys, and inhaler back inside to continue shopping. My friend spoke with the lady, who explained that the reason for the "purse in locker" policy was because another customer once knocked over a glass case of crystals. When asked if it was also due to theft, she replied, "Oh, yeah... I guess that too." First of all, accidents can happen regardless of whether someone has a purse on their shoulder or not. And second, theft can happen anywhere -- but you don't see Walmart or Marshalls requiring customers to lock up their purses before shopping. To the owner: please understand that this "purse in locker" policy is not going to attract or retain customers. Asking people to part with their personal belongings before shopping feels unwelcoming and distrustful. What's next -- cutting pockets out of our pants?

Evens&Oddities made up for this as my full haul from Massachusetts. I was impressed upon walking in. I felt like I'd walked into a wizards shop with so many trinkets and wares to pick from. The atmosphere is perfectly dark and eerie. The selection is so unique, I can't say I've seen very many chameleons and zebra skulls in every shop I've been to. The thing that really stood out to me was the pieces of art. Most oddities shops you walk into will sell individual bits and pieces but Kyle has done a beautiful job of turning the puzzle pieces into art. I felt I was really getting my moneys worth with stuff I can put on my walls and shelves. The shop owner is extremely kind and a joy to talk to!! Highly recommend this store if you are looking for some truly beautiful pieces made with heart and soul!!

Cute store settled along other stores outside of the downtown area…read more The windows are well displayed with fashions on the mannequins and a touch of holiday season :) I parked right outside with free parking (8A-3P). I had bbb with me, and we browsed around the shop. The employee was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the store was very reasonably priced, and lots of fashionable finds from vintage, to pre-loved, to new! Store opened first week of June and seems to draw in a lot of people who are looking for fashionable finds that are priced well and/or reasonable. Some fashions from elan and Ya. I ended up getting a pre-loved blouse that I will sport later this week! The vintage rack had a nice variety, and all the truly vintage christmas sweaters sold out this past weekend! I would say the pre-loved rack and vintage rack had the same amount of clothing, and each is a simple 1 rack. I like how the store is very simple and spaced out nicely. There is a nice couch in the store that I think everyone always asks about! It's a re-purposed fabric couch that suits the store nicely. I will have to stop in here again when I can! Every item I have from TCM, no matter how many times I've worn and washed if, has kept up in shape, color, and texture. The items are always soooo soft, they practically call out to me when I'm getting dressed in the morning! Because I know I will be comfortable all day and get a ton of compliments (because everything is so different than the regular mall clothes!) The shoes and accessories are always drool-worthy. Everyone that works there is always smiling and bending backwards to help you find what you want, prep a fitting room for you, and each purchase is wrapped with care and given to you in an adorable, reusable tote bag. TCM also does pop up shops, fun events and have engaging, responsive social media presence that provide previews of the awesome new items (and the list of things I want to try on during my next trip!)
