Now, I can rent a decent place or get certain types of loans (but, not all - not yet). But, I'm happy. Frankly, it just feels good knowing I have good credit - ya know!? I gave them my case to work on, because I had a good intuition about Elly and Gloria; that they could do something, online companies can't. They have 'street smarts' or 'money smarts' - I mean, hey - they're Jewish (Stereotype: Jews good with money)! They answered my calls, like 80-90 percent of the time. When it came to getting a bank error removed from my report went above and beyond.. no kidding, at least 20 phone calls back and forth with my bank fighting for me. You know you someone loves their job when they take it personally that a bank is trying to screw you over. They would not stop until the issue was resolved, got my credit score back up over 100 points..
