You keep your clothes on the entire time so recommend wearing loose clothing. I know this can be odd for many unfamiliar with this, but it's just a common thing Asians do- we would eat then spontaneously decide to get foot massages. Your hair can also get kinda wild as they do a scalp massage too. I was extremely disappointed in my 60 min deep tissue massage. The person just rubbed oil all over my body. He barely massaged me, didn't use his elbows and it was definitely not a deep tissue. He spent 10 min rubbing my neck in the same spot. One thing that made me uncomfortable is that he completely REMOVED the blanket when it was time to work on my legs. I was cold and uncomfortable. I couldn't even enjoy it. I was on my stomach laying down with nothing but the towel over my butt. What he should have done is cover one half of my body, work on it then cover the other side. I was completely exposed. I will not be returning back and do not recommend this place. Although the inside was clean and peaceful.
