Kandy replied so quickly and even stayed until we reached the hotel after hours to wait for us. She kept us updated with how our dogs were doing and sent pictures. It was really a wonderful experience since it was our first time leaving our dogs with someone who wasn't family. We were able to enjoy our trip stress free. When we picked up our dogs they were bathed, feed and ready to go. The entire experience was amazing. The facility is beautiful and clean. They really pay attention to detail and care for your pets. I was searching for a place to board my dog in Barstow on a short notice and found this place on…read morethe yellow pages with only one review with 5 stars and decided to try it. When they say it's a suite, it really is. The facility is clean and organized. Each kennel have an AC/heat with tv and a doggie door to a covered dog run with secure fencing. The owner is very accommodating as I had to leave out of town on an emergency while my dog just got her spayed stitches removed. They asked about my dog feeding times, the amount and if I free feed her. They also made sure that my pup knows how to use the doggie door before I left the facility. You can't ask for any more from a family run facility with a 24 hours monitor and 3 times a day dog walking/day. The price is also very reasonable.
