Kandy replied so quickly and even stayed until we reached the hotel after hours to wait for us. She kept us updated with how our dogs were doing and sent pictures. It was really a wonderful experience since it was our first time leaving our dogs with someone who wasn't family. We were able to enjoy our trip stress free. When we picked up our dogs they were bathed, feed and ready to go. The entire experience was amazing. The facility is beautiful and clean. They really pay attention to detail and care for your pets.
