Very disappointed with our experience here. We brought both of our dogs, Brady and Casper, in for grooming. Our groomer was Xiomara Pina. We were told that Brady was barking and moving around, and his haircut came out terrible--uneven and poorly done. If Xiomara was unable to safely or properly groom him, I would have preferred that she stop and let us know rather than send him home looking like this. When they called us about the situation, I specifically told them to just bathe Casper and not cut his hair. However, I still expected him to be properly washed, dried, and brushed as part of the service. When we got him back, it did not appear that he had even been properly brushed. I understand that some dogs can bark or move during grooming, but communication and professional handling are part of the job. If they were having difficulty grooming Brady, I would have appreciated being contacted before continuing with a haircut that came out looking this bad. We paid expecting our dogs to be properly cared for and receive professional service, and unfortunately that was not our experience. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. read more

wonderful employee they offer grooming services by appointment only , has reptiles and guinea pig , turtles for sale, pet adoption services offered. I took advantage of their Walk in Self service dog bath $20 includes shampoo / conditioner/ towels / and an apron. Full use of the facility blow dryer, comb, scissors etc. Definitely will stop in again for the self service dog bath . The facility was clean and the convenience of using their grooming products was great. read more

They are very dog friendly and good with animals. And they are very reasonable. But even if you have the earliest appointment of the day your pet may be there six hours. That happened twice. So just be prepared for that. Otherwise they're very good. read more

Went in yesterday around noon to get my kitty some treats , walked in and there was no one there to greet me and I walked to the front and immediately there was a big dog that wasn't on a leash and it started barking at me like crazy and I honestly feared that it was going to attack me .... So immediately I got myself out of that store ... that is truly unprofessional and that dog should not be off a leash in a store .. and to top things off no one was there to even hold the dog back or anything .... The owner here is VERY RUDE and I am so sad that her personality is so ugly. I choose to not continue to bring my baby back. Unfortunately, because of how she conducts business, I am going somewhere else. The young girl that is the groomer is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, she is so sweet and has a great personality towards my little dog. I wish she worked else where. The owner really needs training on etiquette and how to conduct business. Especially when you are making the customer put a card on file, a deposit on hold, and if cancelled even within the time frame you still keep the deposit 30days to trap the customer. I love this place. I bathed my large shedding dog here for the first time here. They have an enclosed room with everything I needed. They are so affordable, I honestly felt like I was taking advantage of them. I'll be back soon with my smaller dogs. read more

My mother took my dog to get groomed yesterday. I come home to my dog looking butchered. When I called to inquire what the hell happened, Cassandra stated that she was the owner and that they do not refund yet acknowledged that Alyssa did trim too far. My mother paid $100 for my dog to look like this. Their remedy was $20 store credit or 15% off next service. Do not let Alyssa touch your dog! Took my mom's Multipoo here for the first time. They did a horrible job on grooming. Not only did they leave a HUGE cut on her back paw but it appears they only trimmed her body. Her face and neck were left long and her paws were still long and filthy. On top of all of this they quoted us $65 for the service but ended up charging us $86!! I love this place, they have so many great treat options for my dogs. And I also love using the bathing area to give my dog a bath. It's a tall shower so I don't need to bend over to bath my dogs and all the materials you need are right there for you to use. It's wonderful. Plus the staff is always so friendly and helpful.
