They lack the ability to make cuts to a specified size. I ordered 90 pieces of 16 gauge 3/4" square tubing at 52" that they charge me over $250 for. There was no consistency in the cuts. That varied 1/2", some less than 52" and some more that 52". Additionally they sold me a thicker material than I wanted. They lack customer service and made no effort to correct my order. They hung up on me. Now I have to recut every piece of metal. I've lost time and money. I will never use them again.

We discussed there was a trim piece missing (see pic) and he, Bud Snyder the owner, assured me it would get that done asap when they got the piece. I should NOT have paid him until the 5 foot trim piece was put on but I thought I could trust him for it. It's been over a year now. I've tried calling him and left a message.
