There was one instance where I paid for chicken as an add-on in my wrap and the cashier handed me the wrap as she told me that they didn't have any chicken. She did not offer to refund for the add-on. Upon speaking with her about it, she couldn't seem to grasp the concept that she either needed to refund the money for chicken or compensate me in some other way. She just kept telling me they didn't have any chicken as if I was supposed to be okay with paying for something that I'm not getting. I demanded a refund for my order at which time she called the manager who informed her that the chicken was in the freezer. So they ended up taking the food back to the kitchen to add the chicken to my sandwich. Additionally, their food is nowhere near as flavorful as the other locations that I have visited. I have stopped getting any chicken wrap whatsoever from this location because the chicken is so scant that you have to pay to add additional protein just to get an actual serving size in the wrap. Another thing that this location does that irks me is that they will serve a breakfast wrap (that is sealed on both ends) and not bother to cut it (every other location that I've gone to does) or at least offer to. They also will send you off without bothering to add a straw or the requested side item to your online order. Other than that, this location appears clean. They usually provide fast service via online orders on the app. I cannot say that I will never go to this location again, however I will continue to avoid it especially for the food! Considering that this location is most proximal to where I live, I have visited often enough to determine that they are consistently inconsistent on the food.

I love every bite of this sandwich. I cannot eat anything that is mayonnaise-based so I always ask for no garlic aioli. Unfortunately the person making the sandwich does not read my order and puts it on there. So disappointed when I get home to find that I cannot eat it. Thankfully the store has made it right with me-for that I appreciate (although I am still hungry). If you haven't tried it - please do. You will not be disappointed.
