Unprofessional, boasting and a bit stand off but here's the thing; I just wanted the house painted so his personality isn't as important as the work. I'm looking for quality not a friend. We make the appointment for him to come and give an estimate. We made it clear we need a room painted and there's more work we would like an estimate for painting of (4400 sq ft). He makes the appointment with us for the following weekend at 10 am. I moved another appointment to accommodate and he's a no show no call. Shame on me for not considering personality as a red flag. Unprofessional all the way around. Don't waste your time unless you are interested in hearing his life stories and bragging of his price model strategy. *he upcharges for everything in the room, trim, windowsills and door frames, baseboards and closets. We knew from the size of the house none of our rooms were applicable to his $99 room but never imagined he'd say he charges extra for every other aspect of the room.
