Multiple Friday afternoon appointments scheduled weeks out they call and confirm the appointment, then all of a sudden the doctor is no longer available for the appointment and you will have to reschedule, multiple times this has happened always on a Friday afternoon appointment, like the Doctor wants to start the weekend early. Also they are not very responsive on sending out prescription refills, have to call multiple times to get it sent to the Pharmacy.

My phone was probably listening to me because as soon as I found out up popped a Groupon for laser treatment at Coast2Coast podiatry in Lakeland which is about an hour away from me. I am so glad I made the trip and bought the Groupon. Scheduling was a breeze, the only available on Friday, and the doctor was super nice and funny. He didn't make me feel dreadful, was really good about zapping away, and I did purchase the topical and shoe spray for the additional $50 total. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the same circumstance or just needing a podiatrist.
