After unsuccessful litigation, the cost to make the repairs outweighed the potential advantage of completing them. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. While looking on yelp, I saw a realtor named Scott Cary who had outstanding reviews from his clients. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house. I subsequently signed on with Scott to be my representative in my home sale. Because of the known issues which had to be disclosed unlike the previous owners and agent, Scott walked me through the entire process and advised me of legal and moral obligations in my home sale. The house sale was not easy due to the previous conditions and repairs needed. We had a few offers most of which were not beneficial to me nor was there a good likelihood of closing because of financial issues of the potential buyers. Scott presented the offers to me and advised me of his opinion and thoughts about the offers including both plus and minus points. Scott acted in my best interest and guided me through the offers with knowledge, experience, and the presence to look out for my best interest. After several months, we finally received an offer that Scott felt was strong and had a great likelihood of success. Due to his recommendations, I accepted the offer and the house sale went through flawlessly and quickly. We stopped by the office a few times and it was always closed. We finally caught Rick at the office and were shown the house. It had a ton of issues but we were reassured they would be resolved prior to us moving in. We signed the lease in good faith and moved in. Nothing has been done and the house was absolutely FILTHY. After a few nights, we discovered the house was INFESTED with cockroaches. Then Rachel informed us that the house had been vacant for about a YEAR prior to us moving in. If I had known this, I would have never signed the lease. The house was completely uninhabitable due to conditions of the carpet, roaches, evidence of rodents, condition of the fence (about to FALL OVER), outlets uncovered exposing wires and housings, etc. They tried to charge us a $250 re-rent fee (not at all mentioned in the lease) and refused to give us back our safety deposit or rent after they had OFFERED to release us from the lease rather than fixing any of the issues. (We vacated the premises a week after moving into the home). Absolutely appalled by the type of people running this place and in shock that they even have their realtors licenses. Completely unprofessional.

I have since driven by multiple times by myself and with my cousin and it's always closed. I have left messages on her office phone and cell phone and no replies. This has been over a month already. This place has poor customer service and they need to be more organized and truthful! So please be aware when doing business or transactions with this property management! They take your money and NEVER return your calls!!!
