I…read moredid THOROUGH research on every chiropractor in Kalispell, and while I mean no shade towards others, this one stood out as a beacon of light amongst the rest. They practice the Gonstead method of chiropractic which is amazing because it's very hands on. I refuse to go to chiropractors who do not use X-rays, and they do. They are very thorough with the X-rays using multiple angles. They use them to explain where you are misaligned, or subluxated. On top of the X-rays they also use thermography and electromyography, which if you don't know what it is, is fascinating and you should look it up(or just check the website because it's well explained.) The "pinched nerve" or subluxation that was the tipping point for me coming in is gone, and I'm getting healthier. With my nerves not being linked like a water hose I've been getting the communication that is vital for a healthy body to function. My sleep has improved, my pain and chronic inflammation issues have went down, and I'm able to lift more and do more. I can even hold my 4 year old much longer now (this is has made it more than worth it). The staff is so sweet, Cassy especially makes sure everyone is taken care of. Michelle, Abby, Kenna, Lynn, Dr Zina, Dr Tyler, Dr Basler, Dr Kristen, Yzabel and anyone who I missed, they all are incredible and you can tell they genuinely care for each and every patient. Probably the longest I've ever done…read more The Cliffnotes: Dr. Tim Dudley and his team Heather and Anna are truly some of the best people on the planet and Its the best care I've ever received. Extended Version: I think I first started going to Dr. Dudley in 2018. I was referred by a co-worker and I was EXTREMELY hesitant. I was told by a surgeon in 2009 that due to my herniated discs chiropractic was a bad idea. I'd been living in pretty much constant pain for almost 10 years. I have multiple injuries, severe cptsd, and was at the time quite a mess. He helped put me to rights. I had an opportunity to move to AZ and over the course of 3 years without his care physically got to a really bad place again. When I moved back in May I was struggling even to stand up or walk without severe pain. I was a mess physically and emotionally. Under his care I'm now starting to make significant progress and would even say some days I'm completely without pain. His multimodality use of chiropractic and Reiki heals both body and soul. He is such a generous spirit and a true healer. ALSO. He has this incredible new sound bath therapy treatment. If like me you struggle with being touched and you want a massage but it also freaks you out... this is the solution. The sound bath is like a water bath that vibrates with different frequencies while you listen to soothing healing frequency music on headphones. It's incredible. I cannot say enough good things about The Chiropractor at Whitefish clinic. He has a fantastic Instagram with lots of great videos about his techniche and the different nervous system zones. If you want to learn more about what he does. The space itself is open and bright with 3 adjustment tables in the middle of the room. It took me a while to adjust to this but it truly is a safe space. For your first visit they have a wonderful scanning tool which helps identify your problem areas so they can really create a plan of care that helps and take the time to talk to you and learn about your issues. I am so truly grateful for the care here. I don't think I'd be able to function right now if I didn't have his amazing care over the last three months being home.
