When he got the permit signed, he called us to schedule what days he and his team would be there to start. He spent one full day with his team and almost completed it. HAMILTON BROS ROOFING - Pompano Beach…read more I hired Patrick Hamilton in June 2023 to repair a roof leak in the master bathroom of my Coronado model home in The Bridges, Delray Beach. I paid $2,650 for the job. Less than two years later (May 2025), water started pouring from the exact same spot again. When I called him back, he came out and quoted me another $2,650, claiming it was a different leak and that his work is only covered for one year. He also pointed out an unrelated area in my garage and tried to upsell me additional repairs for over $4,000 total. When I questioned why I should pay again for a problem that clearly wasn't fixed properly the first time, he simply repeated that he only offers a one-year warranty and "this is Florida, it rains a lot." I found this experience to be very disappointing and feel it reflects poor workmanship and questionable business practices.
