A completely different material and not at all what we had picked out and paid for. I immediately called them to ask when they could back and fix this and they said they couldn't come and install the correct counters for another WEEK. We had to reschedule our plumber and we were without a working sink for over a week. When they came to install the correct counters, they brought two counters with completely different corners that sit across from each other and one has a chipped edge. Save yourself a headache and go with a different fabricator.

The cut out the sink opening inside. They said it was because if they did it outside that the thin granite on the front of where the sink is going can crack. If they cut outside and the support with 1/4" plywood and clamps to bring it in, it would not crack. And no housewide mess. The shop vac they used to attempt to collect the dust as they cut had a clogged paper filter. No pre filter, no bag. It was not a Hepa. They used no mist to hold down dust.

I got several excuses which would have been perfectly fine of they would have turned up to show my hired crew what was going on. At the end of doing business with ReFloor I got the impression that either they just weren't feeling the small job at my home, and had other lucrative offers; or, they wanted me to contract with a buddy of theirs.
