omg what a crappy experience. ordered on the phone, told us 20 minutes. went down there after 25 min, said they were "really busy" and to wait 20 minutes longer. but they gave me a buzzer so i would know exactly when it was done.... wait 45 minutes and buzzer hasn't gone off. go inside and they give me my cold pizzas which had apparently been done for awhile. pizza may be fine but don't trust anything they say. never again. read more

To preface, I had my food delivered by Uber Eats, so my review is 100% based on the food only, not the staff, or service, or the actual ambiance of the restaurant... So, based on just the food, I was not impressed. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I ordered a personal size supreme with extra cheese. For some reason I was under the impression the personal size would be about 10", but it was only about 6". Not a big deal, but for a thin crust pizza, it had zero crunch to it... As we all know, a thin crust pizza needs that *pop, that crunch, and it was nowhere to be found. The flavor as well was just average at best. In addition, I also ordered some garlic cheesy bread. Same size as the pizza, and its flavor wasn't too bad, but its texture was atrocious. It was extra greasy, thin and flat... Kind of soggy, if you will. Again, the staff might be awesome, and the vibe at the actual restaurant might make up a bit for what the pizza quality lacks. However, based solely on the food? Nope! I was very excited to try this place out and had semi high expectations. The atmosphere is very cute and has a nice vibe to it as well as having something going on most every night. The service was decent- I had a very hard time reading the menu which is kind of insane for a young person who doesn't have terrible eyesight- but the person taking our order at the counter was giving recommendations. We bought 2 personal sized pizzas, a soda and a cider and our total price was about $40. They claimed that the personal sizes were 8" however it was 4 pieces and about 6". We didn't add a whole bunch of toppings, the dough itself was not the best and they charge for ranch cups($2 for 2oz). Overall I'm happy that I tried it given it being a semi new place in the area but will not be going back. read more

There are a lot of different types of pizza. Chicago is different than west coast. And different than New York style. I love all of these styles. I think this pizza is close to New York. I love it. It's not exactly, but it's so damn close I've been there every day for two months. Is it perfect? I have no idea. But if you like New York style pie, this is pretty damn food. We really want to share a positive review as it's a great community story (and I grew up in Gladstone). We have ordered pizza and had it delivered from Gladstones Pizza previously and it was really good, but tonight it was nearly inedible! It was cold when it arrived, which didn't help. But it was partially burned, and the toppings and cheese were sparse. We ordered a separate pie for friends hoping to get pink sauce, and the ranch was just drizzled sparingly over the tomato sauce. We were so disappointed as we had been telling friends how good it was. I'm sorry to say we won't be ordering pizza here again. I said "maybe" for recommendation rather than "no" because possibly it would be better eating in (than delivery). read more

Take out order. Honestly disappointed. Skimpy toppings and the crust was tough and chewy. Not worth it for me to waste my calories on so the husband and huge boys ate the two pizzas we had, but didn't fill them up. Great pizza! We got the cheese personal size, ohans personal size, and big Hawaiian. My 6 year old goes "Oh I like the cheese pizza. The texture is very good" haha! She loves it. I had to fold my slices so the toppings didn't fall off the ohans, but it was all so yummy! The crust is so yummy, especially compared to places like papa Murphy's. Just a lot more flavor to them. Online ordering was easy and didn't take too long for a Saturday night. Service was nice when we picked it up too. Glad to have a good pizza spot here! Not too expensive either. read more

Definitely not a place to eat if you want to enjoy a conversation with others you're eating with. The noise level is high with karaoke going on. And unfortunately some of those singing really need to stick with singing in the shower. Pizza was decent but the 8" looked more like a 6" pie. We live down the road and finally decided to give the new pizza place a try. WOW. My husband worked in pizza for seven years and it can be hard to find something he's satisfied with. The soft and chewy crust has a slightly blackened bottom, is topped by a flavorful sauce that makes a statement rather than being overpowered by cheese and toppings...after all, it is a topping, too. I ordered a basic black olive and mushroom: first bite revealed a burst of flavor which surprised me coming from a seemingly simple topping combo. Proves that, even with pizza, the sauce is boss and is the foundation for all the other toppings. The gentleman who took my takeout order over the phone, and made the pie for me, was gracious and welcoming with an unforgettable smile.
