I've been to this place several times for brow tint and lash clusters... each time my lashes are falling off the same day. Most recently, I went in on Saturday 1/11/25 and got a new lash set. By Thursday 1/16/25 my entire left eye had no lashes. I went in on that Thursday to get them redone. I was charged again even though It hadn't been a week yet and the lady advised me the lashes should last at least two weeks. I paid the money again and caused no commotion. Today is Sunday 1/19/25 and again most of my lashes are gone. My left eye has half the lashes and my right eye is spotty. I'm big on giving places a second try but this is ridiculous. I highly do not recommend for lashes a complete waste of my money. read more

This place I've been to twice first time worst experience I said let me give them another chance to see they did my eyebrows wrong and then I went in for a trim just a trim hardly got any of my hair cut off no shampoo no wash no nothing and for everything was $45 $45 OK for nothing I had to come home and fix my own eyebrows and my hair was an even cut properly I suggest to all to look for another location that will definitely focus on ensuring that you walk out please and satisfied and feeling beautiful from the salon read more

I used to get facials that were amazing and the price was right. Then she left and I didn't like any of the new people. So I continued to get my eyebrows waxed and threaded. It was always ok ish, but I was getting what I payed fore.... But my last visit was horrible! My eyebrows are nothing amazing and may not be exactly the same but they at least look similar. First she brushed the hair in the opposite way of my normal directions and threaded. Handed me the mirror after she did my right brow. 1/3 of my brow was gone!!!!!!! I am new to the area and was looking for a salon that did eyebrow threading. I love the detail one can get with threading that you can't achieve with waxing. As far as I can tell this is the only salon around that provides this service. I've been getting my eyebrows, mustache and chin threaded for years, so I was chagrined and offended when I was told several times throughout that she couldn't do what I was asking. I knew from experience that it could be done. She ultimately tried and succeeded, but I could have done without being talked down to. The final shape of my brows was excellent. I was nervous because of others saying that it was painful and obviously nervous about someone new touching my brows. Well let me say that it does hurt More than waxing but it is tolerable. Great place for threading! Diku was awesome! My daughter and I got our eyebrows and upper lip threaded. We were not sure about the business hours so we were walk-ins. Ladies, if you're anything like me then finding a good salon for your brows is just as important as finding a good hair stylist. Having just recently moved to the area, searched and debated for weeks on going to Glam Salon & Spa. I've had bad experiences in the past so after I found my last eyebrow tech it made it sad having to move away from her LOL but seriously. I finally gave in and went to Glam Salon. I told her listen, I'm scared, I've had bad experiences, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't cut them too thin. I almost started sweating. Alpa (hope I'm spelling it right) told me to calm down, she understands my concern and she got me. She did just that. I've never written a review but I had to. Great prices and great service! Best eyebrow work I've ever had done. (Seriously they look so great, I got complimentary texts from friends who received my Christmas cards on my eyebrows!) I also get my waxes there - quick and easy (well as far as waxes go!) and at a super low price. I've only had one haircut there, but it looks great. I don't get my hair colored, so I have no comments there. The henna tattoos I see on the staff look great. I've returned plenty and continue to highly recommend this place. read more

As I previously stated I have had no luck with trying to make an appointment here by calling them on the phone, so I walked in here on a whim today after a friend had been in to get her eyebrows recently and said they did a good job. When I first got in I asked if I could get my eyebrows done and one of the women up front said she would be back in an hour and to come back. I had no problem with that and inquired about what their prices for a haircut were, she said 40 for a cut with shampoo and blow out, and 35 for just a trim with shampoo and blow out. I needed a trim anyways and she said they could do that for me while I was waiting for the women who did the threading to get back. A different women escorted me over to the chair ( didn't introduce herself or say anything) and then took me back to wash my hair. The water she used to wash my hair was ice cold and she didn't even inform of what products she was using, and washed my hair in about 3 minutes. Come to find out when I open my eyes it was a different person who washed my hair then the original person who I thought was giving me my trim, uhmm okay. She then took me back to my chair and proceeds to cut my hair. During the process she stopped on 2 different occasions to answer her cell phone, didn't even have to curtesy to apologize or say excuse me.. seriously???! She finishes my trim rather quickly and then the eyebrow lady shows up (25-30 mins later when she wasn't supposed to be back for an hour) and then says you can get your eyebrows done then the other lady will blow dry your hair ( the first lady who I thought was giving me my haircut in the first place, never got a name) Keep in mind my hair is dripping wet, and I'm sent to go get my eyebrows done. She did a good job but didn't ask me how I like my brows shaped or anything. When I come back out the women who actually cut my hair was gone and the other girl did my blow out. This made it hard to tip well since I planned on tipping 2 people but ended up having 3 people work on me.. This salon could have potential if they had some professional help, they were very unorganized and by no means professional in the slightest, I was over charged as well but are refunding the difference. I wouldn't return or recommend this salon unless they made some serious changes. read more

I went today to get an eyebrow threading. It was beautiful! I then went back in like 1.5 hours to get s Brazilian wax. $35 - who can beat that. There was also a sign up that said "waxing services" and by underarms it said $1. So I tell the Caucasian, blonde hair girl at the desk, I'll add on two of those . So, I'm at $37 + tip. We finish our services and sure enough, the same blonde hair girl says "$55" so I ask where the extra came from and she says the underarm wax. Now, I'm far from blind but by this time they'd been extremely quick to remove the price from by the underarm wax. She snidely remarks, "I mean did you really think you'd get that for $1?" I said "that's what the sign said! The owner I believe did my services and said give her a discount so now I'm down to $50. That still wasn't good enough but I'm like hey, no issue, I'll just never come here again nor recommend anyone here ever again. The Caucasian girl goes and holds open the door, as if telling me to leave. I left and this is a place me, my friends, family, not even my worst enemy would I recommend this to. Horrible reception at the desk and false advertisement at the price list. Also, for the underarm wax I could've just nair'd because there's still hair under there . SMH read more
