I really wouldn't recommend going here. I got my nails done here a couple weeks ago and I wish I knew the name of the woman that did them but she rushed through every single step and hardly engaged with me. This was the worst mani and pedi I've ever had, I am seriously worried I will get an infection. Not only did this place gross me out cleanliness wise, the nail tech was extremely rushed and way too rough, literally yanking off a long piece of my skin from around my toe as I screeched in pain. I should have just left it at the pedicure but I had booked a mani and my usual place is booked solid this time of year. My nails were cut soooo short that they are painful and also very uneven. He did a hack job with the clippers and then furiously filed (used nasty file). I am left with a ton of gel polish all over my skin. Had a pedicure and gel x manicure here. The pedicure was great and well done! I really enjoyed the experience and they looked great. However the gel x was installed incorrectly (the nails started falling off within a couple days) [[HIGHLIGHT]]The man who did them was sweet overall but did not reference what I asked for. Received a recommendation from a friend about this place and I am pleasantly pleased. I was nicely greeted upon entering. Once I checked in and was shown to my chair, I was offered a complimentary beverage. I went with the red wine of course. The place is beautiful! They have marbled floors and white walls with minimalistic decor. Simple but nice. The decor is black and white with a touch of blue LED lighting in the center. There were 20 chairs for pedicures and 16 manicure stations. There was relaxing music playing and a diffuser refreshing the air. The young lady who did my nails, Jennie, was very skilled at her practice. She was very gentle and gave me a great pedicure with an awesome massage. Nail Garden was recommended by a friend after my nail tech changed careers. Went to get my nails and done, and they were doing well, initially. They offer complimentary soft drinks, water, wine, or mimosas. They did my pedicure and nails all at the same time. Fine. Get out quick, but it was very overwhelming. I had to reach over myself so that the nail tech could reach my left hand while he sat on my right. I asked the guy to please take the color a little further on the side of my thumb because I was seeing too much white, but he said it wouldn't be neat. When both of them were done, they just walked off and didn't say anything. They didn't tell me to wait a certain amount of time. They didn't tell me to sit at the light so my toenails could dry. They didn't tell me to go pay at the front desk. They didn't tell me to have a nice day. NOTHING. I wore sneakers in & they didn't even offer me the little slippers. The polish on my big toes messed up, but I was so unhappy at this point that I just left after I paid. I told the lady I checked out with that no one gave directions, and she apologized, but the damage was done. My hands look fine, but the customer service may deter me from returning. read more

This last visit was completely unreal! Who charges extra $8 dollars to shape your nails with a full set. Alright, I want to start this review by saying I used to be a monthly nail salon gal but I rarely get my nails done anymore because I feel like the last couple years prices have been going up while service has gone down in the industry as a whole. This place proved me so wrong today. I stopped by for the first time to get a mani/pedi (gel) before my engagement photos tomorrow and Tom did an outstanding job. He gave me the best pedicure I think I've ever had, no joke! Tom was detail oriented, extremely nice and very professional. I would 100% go back for just him alone! The atmosphere was clean, organized and you could tell the place ran like a well oiled machine. I sat here for 2 1/2 hours to get a pedicure and a fill. It was 145.00$. They didn't even fill my nails they filed them down and painted from the cuticle up it looked horrible. I had my 3 kids with me I couldent get them fixed right then I had to come back the next day. I made an appointment for 10:00 it is now 10:56 and I am still currently waiting to be seen as there is an employee sitting on his phone in the pedicure chair. Also I have my 3 children again. I find this absolutely ridiculous. Also I got the deluxe pedicure I think my 4 year old could have done a better job. I told her multiple times I had an ingrown nail and I asked her to cut it she kept telling me there is nothing there. I will not come again and I recommend you all to do the same. Update: it is currently 11:15 and I am still waiting to be seen and they keep sayings it fine they are going to fix. I have 3 kids who have now sat here for total of 3 hours and 45 minutes before they even started fixing my nails. I am fuming. I am currently still here at 12:42. The man who is supposed to fix my toes is sitting in a chair talking to customers. My 3 kids are getting really irritated concerning they have been here since 10:00. The owner came In and she was extremely rude to me . Told me it was my fault for not making an appointment and brining my kids. I did make an appointment. The owner told me she is firing the woman who told me yesterday I could come back in today. She told me it's not her fault I had to bring my kids ( I never said it was) I'm saying it's extremely rude to make somebody wait for very long amounts of time knowing I have kids while employees are sitting around doing nothing. I paid for the charcoal pedicure yesteday the woman was so lazy she couldent be bothered to do a good job and painted them like her ass. I changed the color on my nails because now after looking at the disgusting and lazy job her employees did I wanted to change the color after they fixed the job she told me that I had tk pay for the color change which I had no problem changing to pay for. I have tried out so many nail salons in the area and this is BY FAR the best one. Place is immaculate and sparkles from how clean it is. They play great music (at one point everyone was dancing in their chairs) , offer a drink while you're there and each tech has their own cart with supplies. The thing that's the most important to me is that they use fresh/clean tools for every customer. I got a bad nail fungus, which lead to my thumb nail falling off from another salon that did not use clean tools. I usually see Wendy and she is precious. Last time, I had a cut on my finger and she kept asking if I was okay and was extremely gentle. Their prices are a bit more BUT you get what you pay for and it's 100% worth it. read more

She really took her time and did an amazing deluxe pedicure for me. I've definitely found my new nail shop. She cleaned my feet so well and callus remover did a great job. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows as well. Everything was super clean and new in the shop and everyone was very friendly. Moving from NY, I was nervous I wouldn't be able to find a good nail salon that could replicate my nails. I found the right place. This salon is very modern, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I did not have an appointment for my acrylic fill and pedicure but they took me right away on a Saturday. My pedicure was fabulous. I always get the gel because it lasts longer. While it's a bit more expensive it's worth it to me. My nails also came out amazing! They take a long time because I rock stiletto shape but Amy was very patient and did a great job. I've came here a few times. But this was by far the worst. I requested female only because the last time I came I had a man who was somewhat rough and snappy. I got to the salon at 11:30. Waited 30 minutes before my pedicure. Pedicure was nice. The woman did a good job. And then of course i was given to a man to do my manicure/full set. After waiting a whole hour in between. He was EXTREMELY bossy. I told him the color I wanted and he basically forced another color on me. He was rough twisted my fingers painfully. He took an extremely long time. I didn't leave until 2:39. I spent a whole day in the nail salon. And on top of it there are little pin dot bumps all over my nail polish. No lotion no massage. I am so over this place entirely. Even so I am traumatized to say the least. As mentioned before in my previous review, I encountered a new nail tech of which I am now dealing with the horrific outcome. In my last visit I opted out of a fill in and wanted an overlay instead on my nails. This was my first time trying this. During the process this burning sensation was felt in a few of my nails. I mentioned it immediately and the new tech went to get the manager or owner. He the manager's response was of no huge deal and stated spray with water. This did sooth and stop the burning. The tech went on to finish my nails. He did a good job, or so I thought. A few weeks later I decide to give my nails a break and opted to give my nails a break as I have done so many times in the past before getting my nails done professionally. I am home removed the overlay and to find my nails damaged, weak and awful to look at. I called the salon, of which someone I spoke with as acting manager seemed concerned and asked if I would send pics. I did and she reassured me that I would be fine and to apply nail hardner twice a week to help rejuvenate my nails from this damage. I told her I had and was also applying collagen oil. A day later I assume the manager or owner called as well. Of which I would suggest she never engage with anyone in the future. She was difficult to understand first of all, and had only a one track mind and tone repeating herself, of you're fine, it happens and you probably were allergic! My thoughts are you were concerned that I would try to sue or get something for free. No, not only am I not coming back, I no longer trust you or your establishment and you ma'am should never contact a customer if you could care less of their response. My intentions were to notify you of what I suffered and to advise you not to turn new inexperienced nail techs loose on any clients. More importantly if someone experiences burning during application, stop and do not proceed and actually give a care!! Period! The next person might not be so friendly or forgiving as I was. read more
