I hired Steph to do my makeup for my wedding on May 19th, and I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely wonderful she was. From the moment I contacted her everything was smooth sailing, she was SO easy to communicate with and when I met her for my trial she was incredibly warm and inviting and made the entire process comfortable for me to tell her what it was I wanted and what I envisioned for my wedding day. The trial was amazing, the makeup looked flawless and I was really happy with the outcome. Any bride knows the stress that comes along with wedding planning and having Steph as my makeup artist for not just myself but all of my girls for the big day, everyone looking beautiful was not something I had to stress. Not only does Steph do an absolutely AMAZING job with make-up she is also the sweetest, most down to earth person! My sister booked Steph to do makeup for herself and her bridesmaids for her wedding in June 2017. I loved how everyone looked so much, that when I was looking for makeup for my wedding I thought of Steph for myself and my girls. When I went to do a makeup trial, I told steph what I wanted and she knew just what to do and I was so happy and so excited for my wedding day, I remember going home and not wanting to wipe any of it off! My sister found Steph for me in a frantic last minute search to find a different hair and makeup artist in the area closer to my venue, and I booked a trial with her immediately - about a month out from my wedding. Lucky for me, she was at least available for the wedding day if the trial went well! First of all, she was super responsive and incredibly kind. Right off the bat, she assured me I could get the desired look I was going for, and that my baby fine, thin hair would actually hold curls and look amazing for my wedding day. Second. Her work. I mean...look up her Instagram and website and see the MASSIVE amount of photos that prove how fantastic her work is! The trial went so well I booked her immediately, and she did the hair and makeup for me, my sister and my Mom. I cannot tell you how many compliments well all received! I can't say enough good things about my bridal makeup experience with Steph!! From the start, she was professional and super easy to get in touch with - while being warm and friendly at the same time. From our first phone call through our demo and all the way through my wedding day, Steph made my mom, my bridesmaids and I so happy and comfortable! She really knows her stuff and wasn't phased at all when my MoH started with a half-up/half-down look but came back two hours later and asked for a full updo. I hired Steph for my wedding hair and makeup and to do hair for my two bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law. Working with Steph was such an easy process - she was so responsive to my (many!) questions, even recommending affordable hair extensions and totally accommodated schedules as I was coming from NJ for my trials. Steph was super helpful at guiding makeup color choices as I wasn't really sure what I wanted going into my trial. She made sure we were both satisfied with the type of foundation I would have for the wedding day, and I must say my makeup lasted all day and night! Where do I start with Steph? She is wonderful! She is incredibly professional, reliable, and easy going. I am not a bride who wears much makeup and felt a little uneasy about finding someone who would 'get me' but she took the time to listen and completely knocked it out of the park. Steph is the best. She is very easy to get along with and does great work! I had two makeup trials for my wedding, and as a makeup lover myself, I was a little picky. Steph worked with my ideas and suggestions and we came up with a great look. The morning of my wedding day went perfectly and my makeup lasted all night (from noon-ish to midnight)! I hired Steph for my wedding to do makeup for myself, 3 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, and my mom. Everyone came out gorgeous! She was awesome and patient to work with especially since one of my bridesmaids was completely difficult to work with and she was super helpful to give her the look she wanted.
