My favorite nail salon in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. Mia is my go to for my toes. I had an ingrown toe nail and she helped it heal after my toe procedure. Quite knowledgeable and not scared to dig in. Never disappointed with my pedicure. Their prices did go up, so the services and prices on the website differ. I typically do the Spa pedicure and a gel set for my hands. They are always nice esoecially Cathy she is the sweetheart. They have a rewards program. As you spend you get free dollars/points which you can use to pay towards your balance. There sister site is Elegant nails near Publix off Holcomb. That location is too busy for me at this location they tend to take more time with their patrons. I never leave unsatisfied. read more

No special SNS options.. no ombre or French to chose from or funky colors or sparkles (or glow in the dark sns powder) I had a pedicure with a pretty bad paint job and changed polish as soon as I got home. My SNS manicure looks uneven and a little sloppy now that its been a week. Their customer service is great and their prices is affordable but they use cheap supplies. I got an acrylic French manicure and within just 5 days my nails have lifted (photo will show lifting from cuticles) and the white part of the French manicure has turned to an ivory color. This is put they painted the white tips instead of spray painting it on. While I enjoyed the customer service they cut corners when using products . I have been getting acrylic French manicure for a long time so I know how long they should stay on and when it's time to get a fill. I am disappointed with their service and it's unfortunate because I had high hopes. You can take your chances with them if you want to but I wouldn't recommend it go to another place where they do use cheap supplies. read more

I went here and paid $60(!!!!) for Sns nails that popped off whole after 6 days. I was not able to call and speak to someone after some time due to my schedule. I called and spoke to "Ken," who told me they wouldn't do anything. I took the nails to s professional salon who looked at them and said that the technician did not build them up correctly. The salon took ZERO accountability for the fact that the tech had no idea what she was doing! For $60, I expect way more than this!!! Do NOT go to this salon!!! We had high hopes for this salon since it had great reviews and a 4.7 score. After looking at the online pricing I called asking if the prices were accurate and was assured they were correct. Went to the 4:00 appt and was seated early at 3:55. The worker recommended the $70 pedicure and I advised I would just do the basic pedicure and add the callous removal. PS- every service was 25-50% higher than what was online. I reiterated I wanted the basic spa plus callous then felt pressured to pick the $45 spa with the callous remover and lotion. While cutting my nails she insisted that gel would be better based on the condition of my nails. Oh, another $15 bucks but I agreed because I was tired of haggling. By 4:18- she was ready to start painting my toes. The massage lasted for maybe 2 minutes. Didn't touch my feet just rubbed by legs at that. At 4:30 my toes were done and she revisited the massage on my legs for maybe 3 minutes. Too bad that wasn't for 15 minutes per leg rather than 5. I have never experienced such a short and unsatisfying pedicure. Oh and the worker asked me how many stars I was going to give her. NOT going back for another $60 polish. read more
