I've been going to these location for service for quite some time. I really enjoy the owner, Olga. She is super nice and quick with the service. I've been getting Brazilian wax and my armpits waxed when I go. I've done the sugaring and the wax and both give great results. During the pandemic, I fell off with my upkeep but this location did a phenomenal job with making sure it was clean and following guidelines. They already were clean and making sure to get you in and out. No sitting around and waiting which is great. This is my second time and both times, I was walked through every step of the way. Very clean and professional vibes but still very comfortable, the table is very comfy and there's a TV for distraction. Let's be honest, waxing isn't the most pleasant experience in the world. On top of that, I was super nervous because I've only went to one person since I started waxing several years ago. But I moved and was tired of traveling so far. I was a bundle of nerves when I came here, but the experience was awesome! I had an appointment with Olga who was patient and sweet and kept the conversation going to keep my mind off the task at hand. She was quick and super efficient, not a hair in sight. She got an ingrown and to be honest, the whole process (especially the wax) wasn't as painful as my normal waxes. I couldn't believe it. I have been here twice now and absolutely love it! Olga gave me a Brazilian wax after shaving for about a year and I was soooo nervous. She talked me through the pain and made the process extremely easy. She minimized the pain level by using smaller strips. The second time I came I was helped by Alexandria. She is super sweet and did a great job. I had a Brazilian, armpit, lip and eyebrow wax. This is a small family owned gem with two locations!! I had a few bad experiences at some of the other local waxing places and I was in search of a new spot. I am so happy I found Organic Wax. I have been waxing for as long as I can remember, yet sugaring has always been something I have been interested in trying and decided to give it a go. I have since visited Organic Wax two times for a brazilian using sugaring. Olga was my first and I was extremely pleased. I booked my next appointment with her as well, but when I arrived I was scheduled with Alexandra. I was a bit hesitant at first I'll admit. But I absolutely did not have a reason to be. Alexandra was so sweet and very thorough. I would happily return to her next time. The prices here are so much more competitive than other places in the area. I love everything about this place - including the experience overall. There are TVs in the room, and a really comfy bed. The service is quick each time. I wouldn't go so far to say I am looking forward to my next brazilian as there is unavoidable pain with this type of hair removal - but considering I do this regularly I am really happy I found my new place and I have consistently left very pleased. Quickly explained why I am having problems w ingrown hairs and made other helpful recommendations. I've only gone to Olga for my Brazilian waxes and have had a good experience at every appointment. I've tried both sugaring and the "regular" wax and both are fine with me. I started coming here after another place I went to, started offering not very good service and the person I wanted was rarely available or too busy. I am glad I found this because I have someone that I ask for every time and she is amazing. They have scheduled very last minute if I needed it or they've scheduled my appointment a week in advance. What I am trying to say is the service is really friendly and they are very accommodating. Parking is easy to find because it's part of a group of small businesses in the area but the business is hard to find. This was my first time with them. The area was clean and scheduling an appointment was easy. I got scheduled with Danielle. The wax took 3 hours to be exact. Full body whic is a Brazilian, full legs and underarms and I added on arms. She was a little too slow and the wax strip didn't pull off on the first try took multiple attempts and was painful. She doesn't know how to sugar properly and needs a lot more practice. Overall I would not come here again if Danielle is the one waxing. There is still a patch or hair left that wasn't removed. Went here on a whim for my very first Brazilian wax yesterday, (I had originally scheduled sugaring with a very pricey competitor), and I haven't stopped talking about it since lol! I had originally planned for sugaring, only because I had recently read about it, but Danielle was honest with me and told me that waxing would be best for my hair and skin type, at least until my hair begins to grow in thinner. Naturally, I was nervous, but she put my mind at ease immediately. I have a low tolerance to pain, but thanks to Danielle being skilled in her craft, I experienced minimal pain at most. I appreciate that she took her time to clean up each and every hair, and discussed at length about exfoliation of the skin, care for my skin type, and after care as well. I would much rather have someone take their time, instead of rushing through the process. Danielle is calm and personable, and I will be going back to her every 4-6 weeks (if not sooner, to have my underarms waxed). I cannot put into words how appreciative I am of Danielle, and my experience was nothing short of perfect. The facility is also very clean! read more

This was my first time at this location but I will only go see Maria so when I saw she was here I booked immediately. I was a little nervous with Covid-19 but honestly I felt so safe the entire time and I think that this place is safer and cleaner than anywhere else I've ever been. I wasn't worried at all and it allowed me to relax during my service. Maria is the best esthetician I've ever seen and I've been seeing her for a long time. She is very gentle and meticulous and gets every hair every time. She's great if this is your first time because she'll talk you through the process and ask you about your pain level to be sure you are okay. I think the best part is really how funny and caring she is. I laugh out loud every time I go to see her and she remembers all the details of my life.
