I was in the area, so I decided to check out this salon. Upon entering, it seemed very clean and quiet, even though there were several customers present. I was promptly greeted and my pedicure station was setup. I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to get started. The lady who did my pedicure was awesome. She was neat and attentive. The guy who did my manicure, however, was not. He was rough when pushing my cuticles back, and he kept jerking my arms and hands around. I had SNS on my nails and he did not file it all away on the right hand. When I pointed that out, he buffed one finger with the file and tried to keep going. Little hairs and threads were clearly on the nail and he didn't want to get them. I had to stop him a few times to address these things. Once I was finished, I was struggling to put my shoes on, and he just walked away lol. The lady who did my toes saw me and quickly helped. The total for a gel manicure and a regular pedi was 67, so the price is right! I would come back again but make sure that I get someone else to do my hands. read more

So I happen to go there on a walk-in and they were perfectly okay with that. It's in the shopping center that has free parking right off of the main Street so you can't miss it. At the time that I investigated the website. They had a promo for new customers so make sure you check the site see if that's still available. But we're able to get me in and able to sit me right away. I came for a pedicure. They have plenty of options on the menu to select so you can get whatever level of service you want. I thought the service was good and I thought that the outcome was good as well. I would have no problem coming back. read more

Thank you so much. Nothing is perfect. I was a walk in around 230pm. Alex took me right away. Everyone was professional. I had my toddler with me & it was her first time ever in a nail salon. Usually I wouldn't do this. I needed a cut down, reshape and new gel color (140 pink). This turned into a fill-in service. The *other place wrecked my nails & had gaps in the acrylic. No balance. Too long. Alex was honest about how he could try to "patch work" the nails. He was very understanding of my baby being antsy. I'll say towards the end I could tell he was irritated. Also, he tried to convince me to return later for my polish job. I don't live close. Also, the overall look of my nails are nice. Once in the car I saw dents & spotty polish. At the base of my nail like it ran back towards my cuticle due to gravity on 4 fingers. Attention to detail would be great. That's not worth $55+ tip. That's a full set to me! I'll be back, but those are the two reasons I've reduced stars. It'll be easier without my kid. Overall, I'd give this business another try for sure. Today was a day!! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would, I was sitting there for two hours and she wasn't even done yet and that's just for a set. Every time I get my nails done is usually 45 mins to an hour, the longest. She did whatever shape she wanted. You can tell that she was either new or didn't know what she was doing. On top of everything she did whatever she wanted, my nails were not even filed on top, they go curve down, they all look different. She got mad at me because I wanted them shorter. It wasn't the shape I wanted. When I told her I didn't like them n that I've been sitting there for two hours already, she started screaming from her seat to her other coworkers in her language complaining about me who does that. So rude, so then I call and say that I needed my nails fixed that I can come back tomorrow n let someone else do them. whoever answered the phone was screaming and yelling at me saying that the lady was trying to fix my nails that is not true. Apple told me she would do a FILL for $75. I agreed but I changed my style to only designs on 4 fingers instead of all 10 and was charged $90 still for a FILL IN!! During my survive Apple was not fully listening to what I want and because of this she put the wrong color. When I told her it was wrong she tried convincing me it looked nice. She insisted that I needed a manicure, even after explaining that I'm a nurse & cannot have my nails done multiple times. She then said that if I wanted to proceed with having my toenails done, I needed to do a significantly more expensive pedicure to "treat the discoloration" on my toenails from a dark polish color... it was complete BS & made me really uncomfortable. read more
