Don't buy a product here because they have "dead" customer care. Bought a clipper here that is completely bad. Returned it here and I was told bluntly to return it to Wahl not them. That their return policy on hot materials include clippers. How on hell is clipper a hot material. There was zero kindness. Kept insisting i go to Wahl. Did I buy from Wahl, why can't them even show a small sympathy? It was ridiculous. This place is a No for me. read more

Worst hair cut I've ever had,went in for a trim and specifically requested to keep it as long as possible for a Christmas party coming up in a few days. The cut was completely choppy and uneven, it looked like I had 2 different hair cuts. Went from having hair to below my bra to the shortest layer above my shoulders. I had to go to A different salon the following day to have the layers fixed. The professional hair dresser that fixed my hair said she had no idea what she was doing and texturized so much she butchered my hair. After all was said and done I lost over 3 inches from the length and 6 inches to the shortest layer. I could not have been more upset by this hair cut read more

I would like to point out that I don't get my hair done here, BUT my boys do! For kids its a great place because of its location...right next to that jungle gym thing across from it! I like that I could pick up a few goodies for myself from here. They have a larger selection of nail polish than most places and they mostly carry all the new lines which is a plus for me because I am a total polish freak! Also, love the TIGI lip gloss from here, my usual salon doesn't carry much make up so I make up for that deficiency here! I noticed some hair extension products, I will purchase a pack when I feel I need to have more hair, for now, still contemplating if I will look ridiculous or hot diggity HOT with someone else's locks clipped to my scalp...I will let you know. Staff is pleasant, and helpful, so thats a plus. The cuts for kids run about $20, less for younger ones I believe. My kids like the guy who usually cuts for them and he always makes sure I am happy with the end result. Good little place for a quick trim and goodies at a reasonable price! read more

Cutting looked alright as it looked cleaned up but after styling and getting home trying to restyle it, it's horrible. The layers look like they need to go back to the 90s. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent close to two hundered dollars on hot rollers as a gift for my sister and one set for me. Nothing was said when I purchased them that they were a final sale. I tried out my set two days later but was very disappointed with how the curls came out within 15 mins. I have a curling iron that I use regularily and I have no problem keeping curls in my hair normally. When I tried to return both sets, I was told by the owner that I was out of luck and would have to take it up with the manufacturer. The girls at the counter pointed out the "no returns or exchanges on appliances" on the receipt which I hadn't even looked at. This information is not helpful at all after I spent my money!! I would certainly not had spent so much on something I didn't know I couldn't return if there was a problem. Not a good way to get returning customers. I'll never go back read more

I got a haircut here yesterday morning, while my parents were in the mall taking care of my baby boys. I have to say it looked ok in the salon, but I thought it was so odd that he cut my hair dry and didn't even wash or wet the hair at all. In fact he spent the first 15 minutes straightening my hair for a hair cut?!? I've had over 500+ haircuts over my lifetime and not once have I had my hair cut dry (for the initial trim) and had it straightened before it was cut! My hair cut is not even and parts are jagged. It is the WORST haircut I've ever received and will NEVER ever be back! This is place is more about convenience and less about skill! read more

Overall not so great of an experience at this horrible so called "Salon" as soon as I walked in there the man that works there does not leave you alone he tries to upsell everything! Completley desperate for sales and wont leave you alone until he is convinced you are purchasing something extremely annoying. Anyways aside from that I did want to get a color done so this stylist named becky did my hair she took 4 hours just for some simple highlites and a hair cut. I was pleased with my hair. But I was not pleased with her "proffesionalism" as she had none of that. She smelled like cigarretes and even went for a smoke break inbetween doing my hair and on top of that she was even arguing with her colleagues in front of me using profanity.
