The shoes were way too narrow in a men's size so we had to find a local Shoe Carnival. We traveled from Raleigh and found the staff at this store friendly and courteous. Sam was the gentleman who manages the store and he helped us out. The cashier was also kind and professional. The store layout was organized and tidy. The store offers weekly shoe donations and customers can obtain 50 pts. I always forget about this. I learned today that DSW also offers water proofing services for a charge.
