I paid monthly for this law firm. After several years, I had an issue with my sibling. She tried to sue me over my mother's estate. What did this firm do...sold me out. Mark M., who got married during my case, advised me to sign paperwork and couldn't wait to get out of the office. I am not happy with my experience with them. I got in touch with them about 3 weeks ago and the receptionist said an attorney will call me back. Then the receptionist called again after few days for more info. Then again. I also followed up to speed up the process. 10 days went by and still no action. Then an attorney happens to call me back all of sudden which I could not attend since I was out. I called back after I got back and then again the same freaking process. Receptionist picks up, promises that an attorney will follow up, nothing happens, all of sudden an attorney calls, I ask few question which he did not have answer for on the spot, promises to follow up within 2 days, 4 days went by and NO RESPONSE. Hired this firm months in advanced for a traffic ticket. I sent in all requested documents then when I reached out to inquire about the outcome after my court date it is unbelievable how the company is ripping customers off. How dare some attorney call me after the fact to tell me they never told me they were going to my court date. What was the purpose of me hiring you?! One star because of receptionist who said her name is Miros. She lacks customer service and is extremely rude. While working remotely, she should avoid background noises. Agree with other reviews. I'd give ZERO stars if possible. I had to coach them on what to do for next steps on a matter then had to follow up because a simple letter was never sent out as promised. Then had to pay the inflated delivery rate for the letter (Not include in membership). Also, once that letter was sent they close out your case. Any further assistance is charged - even if it's just a follow up call. Totally agree you could google the info they provide. Also found out only one law firm serves ENTIRE State. Yes. Each State has only one law firm per State! No option to select law firm near you. Folks. This is a MARKETING PLOY to attract new clients. I have been a member of Legal Shield for more than two decades, and Glantz Law has been the law firm assigned to me. They have been there for me since the beginning. Recently I had a very bad hit-and-run motorcycle accident while overseas that broke 7 of my ribs and a collarbone. I was mistreated in the emergency room of Advent Hospital in Orlando, and refused treatment at Paramount Urgent Care (Turkey Drive) in Orlando. My case doesn't involve auto or motorcycle insurance (because I was overseas) but Glantz Law is doing everything exploring my my options. If I could give them a "0" I would! Horrible service and all I needed was help with my case coming up and they took forever to get back to me. She took 5 days just to get back to me once I submitted the paperwork to her and on Thursday by the time she got back to me I got the feeling she did not want to be bothered based on her responses. I even asked her at once point if I was basically on my own and she replied "yep." I don't think I have ever heard a lawyer say that unless they just don't care. As a member of Legal Shield -Glantz Law being the official discount law firm for Legal Shield in South Florida I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them. They have a very condescending and unprofessional attitude. They are curt, they talk down to you and give the impression that you're a bother to them by breathing. This was a total shock to me: when I first inquired, I was given one price for a legal issue and when I booked it they tried to charge me $300 more. Would you trust a law firm that quotes two prices? Additionally, when they called me their client their phone number did not come up as Glantz Law, instead it came up without an ID, hinting that this was a ROBO or telemarketer call. Let's be candid here, who doesn't hate these types of calls? Who won't answer them? I don't! And I would wager the you don't either. I get no less than 6 to 10 of them per day. Seems to me that such a "prestigious" law firm would have more savvy and higher standards then trying to hide their name. I guess they're not as prestigious as they claim in their "self-gratifying on hold" messages. Don't misunderstand, I'm not questioning their legal ability but am questioning their professional ethics and severely lacking customer support, care and understanding. I would gladly pay twice the price and be treated like a human being not like a leaper - especially when I'm paying the tab for an important legal issue. My advice? Find a trustworthy law firm that genuinely cares about you and your legal issue. It will be well worth your while. read more

Extremely unprofessional and speak to you in such a way that leaves you wondering... "do I work for them? or do they work for me?" The attorneys give you general information that google could provide for you. They do not consult you on the SPECIFICS of your case.. they simply give you the template answer for the category of law you are looking into. They are a joke. In 2017 I was rear ended and ended up injured. I have legal shield so they put me with glantz law. Mr. Hammer was my attorney from beginning to end. Honestly... he wasn't like your typical attorney. He actually called back with answers and was genuinely concerned. I went to therapy for over a year and then I got pregnant so things got postponed. I still did some therapy but MRI and x-rays were postponed until after I had my baby. Within that time Mr. Hammer and I stayed in touch and he kept me up to date. Fast forward until now...3 years later and he has diligently been working hard for me. He called me the other day to let me know he got the settlement but wants to get medical bills down to the lowest amount possible. He actually called me back later that day and told me what was coming to me. I was so grateful and amazed, I wasn't expecting anything honestly. It has been a tough few years and now I have my daughter. I was so overwhelmed to hear I was getting extra money to help this year and future years to get better. We hired an attorney from Glantzlaw and we received a very unprepared attorney for our civil suit. She showed up late to court and upon arrival she stated "oh maybe I should of read this injunction paperwork beforehand." She didn't even have a pen on her and had to borrow mine. We were completely dissatisfied with how she handled herself in court. She didn't even know how to work the USB on the computer, my husband had to do it. She decided to postpone the court because she did see what was on the USB. My husband told her to proceed and it is not necessary to postpone, but she did not listen. Then we went down to fill out paperwork and I filled out all the paperwork as she sat there and spoke about her yard work. She did not return phone calls and emails in a promptly matter.
