.Who would have thought that a LARGE law firm would care about me and my defective couch; yes, my living room couch. Only 2 days a Member of Legal shield I was faced with a 'show-down' with a very large furniture store. They sold me a defective couch set and I was now out of warranty so I thought I didn't have a prayer. But if you think about it..... defective is defective. I was furious at the store as they only offered me 1/2 of the purchase price which meant I had to purchase a whole new suite and refinance and pay for the set ALL OVER AGAIN. Then my sister-in-law, who was with me at the store said "lets just go and we will Just find an Attorney" WOW a light went off in my head and I said 'HEA, I think I have one of those' Again, only 2 days a member, it didn't dawn on me to engage the law firm. Well, I called LegalShield/Glanzlaw and discussed the problem on Monday the 22, by Wednesday the 24th a Letter went out from the Law firm to the HUGE furniture store and by Thursday of the following week I had a FULL credit on the couch suit. From the moment of making my initial call until my settlement, Attorney Hammer and his staff made me feel they were on my side. There are few times when you can say really good things about a lawyer, But this is one of those times! My wife slipped and fell outside of the local mall entrance and broke her knee cap in half. Andrew J. Cetraro did a great job for me helping me in recovering my money back. I was trying to purchase a home the seller and his agent was in default so I back out of the deal. They were trying to keep my deposit but thanks to this attorney he help me get all of my money back. His expertise put things into to motion and cause me to recover all of my deposit.
