When I talked to her and hired her I was told there was a hourly fee and a court fee and maybe a few other fees. We went to court for 4 hours first time and 2 hours second time which is only 6 hours and both times I got a different lawyer representing me that was not Bobbi like I wanted when I gave them my 3500 dollars. Instead I got someone that barely did anything. I had made an agreement with other party before court so there wasn't much needed to do and now I'm getting a bill for more money when the guy did more talking to other people and on his phone than with his client. So I asked the judge to please get him off of my legal matters so I could get a new lawyer . The judge then granted me what I was asking and appointed me Trey Brown out of burnet, Texas. Mr. Brown listen to what I actually had to say took note of it and within 30 minutes he had five of my cases dropped getting me exactly what I asked for two years the lowest I could get for my final case. If I was actually able to give him no stars on this review him being shell I just and shell that's exactly what I would give him zero stars because he did absolutely zero amount of work for me. This is just my opinion in my experience, and a lot of other peoples experiences, talking through them in the jail. It was the most horrific legal matter. We were having issues with our GC and needed clarification and advice on what we needed to do to resolve our conflicts. Our GC demanded we pay extra costs on our new home build (which we've never talked about, nor agreed to). We're at the 95% finish rate. We've paid all our drawers on time and basically the exterior of the home is almost done, but the GC wants to charge us another $12,000 for labor and supply we've never talked about. Throwing out fees/dues right as we are literally at the end game! So much so that they're threatening us if we don't pay, they're walking off job! Pathetic and so unfair on so many levels! Although, I wasn't able to hire Roberto to work on my case, because after talking to him and explaining what had happened and the legal avenues we could take, in the end, we'd end up paying so much more than $12,000. It's sad that we have to pay our hard earned money to a pathetic -and conniving General Contractor.
